RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – TRENDYBINA

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process. This policy outlines the conditions for returns and exchanges, ensuring that your shopping experience with us is as convenient and stress-free as possible. 1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
✔ Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
✔ The product must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags and seals intact.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
✖ Opened, used, or consumed dietary supplements due to health and hygiene regulations.
✖ Products that have been damaged, tampered with, or altered.
✖ Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
✖ Gift cards and promotional items.
🚨 Important: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please refer to Section 7 for guidance on returns.
2. RETURN PROCESS
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:
✔ Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@trendybina.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
✔ Step 2: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
✔ Step 3: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RAN inside.
✔ Step 4: Ship the return to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TRENDYBINA is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
✔ Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
🚨 Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To request an exchange:
✔ Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@trendybina.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
✔ Step 2: After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
✔ Step 3: Once the return is processed and verified, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
🚨 Important: Exchanges are processed for the same item or a product of equal or lesser value if the original item is out of stock.
4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
✖ Opened or used dietary supplements.
✖ Products with broken seals or missing original packaging.
✖ Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
✖ Gift cards and promotional items.

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
✔ Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
✔ Please note that bank processing times may vary, so it may take longer for your refund to reflect in your account.
✔ We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

6. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER MODIFICATIONS
✔ Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided that the order has not been processed yet.
✔ Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
✔ Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@trendybina.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
✔ Step 2: Our team will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
🚨 Important: Claims submitted after 7 days of receiving the order may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
✔ For international orders, return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
✔ International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
🚨 Important: If customs fees are not paid by the recipient, the package may be returned or discarded. SNAPSHOTBINA is not responsible for these fees, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
